"The Artful Palate" Summer Cooking Series
Chefs of the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group will soon demonstrate their own culinary masterpieces at Café NOMA's "Artful Palate," the eighth annual summer cooking series featuring seven artfully inspired demonstrations at the historic New Orleans Museum of Art. Friday evenings are FREE for all café guests and patrons to partake in the presentation, and savor samples as each artful dish is created. In conjunction with the launch of NOMA's exhibition Bodies of Knowledge, the talented executive chefs and sous chefs of Café NOMA, Ralph's on the Park, Red Fish Grill, Brennan's and Napoleon House will share their culinary vision inspired by the exhibit, which will celebrate a special culinary mentor in their lives, a recipe that was passed to them from their mentor and their interpretation of this dish.
*The July 12th cooking demonstration will take place in the museum auditorium, all other cooking demonstrations will take place in the cafe.
