Seated 4-Course Dinner inside Café NOMA: 7:00 pm

Qamar El Din - Apricot, with Rose and Orange Blossom Water

APPETIZER: 
Arugula Salad with Fatir - Sliced Phyllo Dough Stuffed with Feta, Garlic, Cilantro, Dill

FIRST COURSE: 
Moussaka (Egyptian Eggplant) - Served with Zataar Bread

SECOND COURSE: 
Buttered Lamb Chops - Served with Grape Leaves Stuffed with Freekeh, served with Mint Yogurt Sauce

THIRD COURSE: 
Baklava - pecan and shredded coconut (served with hot mint tea)
