Ralph Brennan was honored with the Legend award, along with Randy Guste of Antoine's, at the 2010 City Business Culinary Connoisseur's awards ceremony on April 20th at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
Executive Chef Chip Flanagan was also honored as one of the best executive chefs of 2010, among other peers, such as Andrea Appuzzo of Andrea’s Restaurant and Catering, and Frank Brigtsen of Brigtsen’s Restaurant and Charlie’s Seafood.
